By booking any trip, package, or service with Kashmirth, you acknowledge that you:

- Accept responsibility for all payments and information provided.
3. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50% of the package price) is required to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid by the due date specified in your booking confirmation.
- Payments can be made via the methods listed on our website (bank transfer, UPI, card, etc.).
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
4. Pricing & Inclusions
- Prices listed are in INR unless otherwise stated.
- Packages include only those items explicitly mentioned under “Inclusions” in the itinerary.
- Kashmirth reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in taxes, exchange rates, supplier costs, or other unforeseen factors.
5. Cancellations & Refund Policy
By the client:
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
- Refunds are subject to the following schedule:
- 30+ days before departure: 70% refund
- 15–29 days before departure: 40% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
By Kashmirth:
- In the rare event that we must cancel a trip (e.g., due to safety concerns, weather, or force majeure), you will be offered an alternative date or full refund, excluding non-recoverable supplier costs.
6. Changes & Modifications
- Kashmirth reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or transportation due to operational or safety reasons.
- Significant changes will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
- Price adjustments may apply if upgrades or changes are requested by the client.
7. Travel Documents & Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that you have:
- Valid government-issued ID, passport, or visa (if required).
- Necessary permits or health certificates for specific destinations.
- Adequate travel and medical insurance coverage.
Kashmirth is not liable for any losses due to missing documentation, denied entry, or other personal oversights.
8. Liability Disclaimer
While Kashmirth curates exceptional travel experiences, participation in travel carries inherent risks.
Kashmirth shall not be liable for:
- Injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience beyond its direct control.
- Acts of third-party suppliers, transport operators, or accommodation providers.
- Natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
Clients participate in all activities at their own risk.
9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, health emergencies, accidents, and personal belongings.
10. Conduct & Behavior
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, staff, and locals.
Kashmirth reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive—without refund.

All content on kashmirth.com, including text, images, videos, and branding, is the property of Kashmirth and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

13. Force Majeure
